Customize the automatic email notifications to your customers!

CloudCart gives you the assurance of always being aware of all activities on your store. Your customers will be as well automatically informed via email notifications about specific activities they do at your store.

We’ve updated and improved this feature so now you can modify and customize the email notifications to your customers in details! The emails that are currently being sent to your customers will be completely changed quite soon.

We have updated the design of each notification.

In tact with some of the best email marketing software practices, your emails will contain animated icons and elements that could make your customers shop more.

You will be able to edit and customize any notification your customers receive using drag & drop builder for the content.  You will be able to build the structure of each notification by yourself, you would add columns, lines, images, and specific variables (the names of the customer, the products they’ve ordered)!

One of the most useful new features about the updated email notifications is the ability to add a list of products similar to those the customer has purchased in the email content! You could add such content for notifications that are received after an order has been made. You can also add a list of the best-selling products in your store and send this content to all customers who have just made their registration!

All current CloudCart customers will automatically receive the updated notifications at their control panels. This means that if you’ve customizes the previous form of notifications, all previous customizations will be removed.
