CloudCart participated at two conferences - eCommAwards 2023 and Let's do eCommerce

CloudCart, as a true leader in the eCommerce field in Eastern Europe, recently participated in two events in Croatia - eCommAwards 2023 and Let's do eCommerce. These conferences brought together Croatia’s major eCommerce providers, retailers, and industry experts to discuss the current advancements and the future direction of the trends in the eCommerce space.

In both events, Nikola Ivanov as the CloudCart representative, had the opportunity to educate the audience about the trends in technology and innovation and the advantages of our new eCommerce-as-a-service ecosystem. In simple terms - we transitioned from just building online stores, and now we assist our customers in creating successful online businesses with the help of our eCommerce-as-a-service solution. The insights about our holistic approach captured the attention of the audience because our new ecosystem is designed to fulfill the needs of even the most hungry for growth merchants.

Now let’s go back to the eCommAwards 2023 event, at which Nikola Ivanov gave a presentation on innovation and the topic of Trends in eCommerce. Of course, he also talked about eCommerce-as-a-service, which is one of CloudCart's branded themes. Ivanov's presentation was well-received and offered the attendees a rare opportunity to learn valuable insights, based on real-world data, about the latest trends and the overall direction the eCommerce space has headed.

Let's Do eCommerce conference

In addition to eCommAwards 2023, CloudCart also participated in Let's Do eCommerce, where Nikola was also part of a panel discussion on the topic of Technology - a tool for e-commerce. Our team member share the scene with a few notable industry experts, for example, Haris Kuskunovic - CEO of Cards International Agency, Berina Tanovic - Sales Director at Rakuten Viber, and Misha Živić - CEO of Leanpay. 

The panel discussion revealed insider information on how technology is changing the eCommerce landscape and how businesses can leverage these advancements to succeed in the rapidly evolving eCommerce industry. 

Participating in eCommAwards 2023 and Let's Do eCommerce was just one of the many activities showcasing our company's commitment to stay at the forefront of eCommerce.

eCommAwards 2023 and Let's Do eCommerce in Croatia were among the first public events outside of Bulgaria where we talk about our innovative strategy that expands beyond just providing eCommerce tech solutions. The attention that our initiative sparked was a big “proof of concept” and made it obvious that our eCommerce-as-a-service model is attractive for a reason. 

But on top of the obvious virtues provided by our new ecosystem, there is another great benefit to which we want to direct your attention - the opportunity for a better localization. There are other companies that also provide cutting-edge technological solutions for e-commerce, but our team is built by veterans in e-commerce, which are well aware of the importance of catering to the specific needs of each market. Because of their experience, we were capable of molding our new approach into a full-blown ecosystem that empowers the growth of our users even in terms of localization.

We emphasize the importance of localization because it is a big obstacle for many online stores and obviously a big conversation starter. We saw this during these two conferences, because providing a direct access to an ecosystem of experts (including local ones) via our eCommerce-as-a-service approach has prooven to be a topic that is especially exciting for merchants.
