In addition to our home country, our powerful platform has already been localized and developed in other markets, but we'll tell you about CloudCart's technological advantages later in the article.

We've shared about CloudCart's past successes many times, but what's relevant to prospective investors is the experience of our team and the platform's founders.
To date, Nikki and Pepi Iliev have over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience. They also have three successfully sold businesses behind them. And much of their previous experience is specifically in e-commerce.
Understanding first-hand the needs of merchants is one of the main catalysts for CloudCart's success.
In addition to their expertise, the experience of our management team, as well as each team member, contributes to our ability to successfully keep tracking the pulse of the e-commerce industry.

We selected eCommerce-as-a-service because our company strategy is based on the synergy principle, according to which when our clients succeed, we prosper.
We are sometimes asked - why did we chose to broaden the focus of the company and offer a full suite of services needed to grow an online business (some are available through our team, the rest through our Growth Ecosystem).

We use BigQuery as our main data storage solution. This platform allows us to quickly analyze massive volumes of data in real-time, provide insights to our merchants, and help them make data-driven decisions.
CloudCart ML Engine
Our platform leverages the power of Cloud ML Engine, which allows us to build, train, and deploy machine learning models at scale. Using this tool, we can offer personalized experiences and the ability to analyze and predict, allowing us to optimize our merchants' sales strategies.
AutoML
With Google's AutoML, we can efficiently develop machine learning models tailored to our merchants' needs without requiring special expertise in machine learning. It automates a variety of tasks, ensuring that our solutions are both advanced and optimized.
Typesense
As a vector database, Typesense helps deliver ultra-fast and relevant results when using the search engine. This ensures that our merchants' customers will be able to find what they want quickly, and this leads to further increased sales.

We also use OpenAI's products, allowing us deeper
understanding and improved presentation of our data. This enhances our ability to personalize the platform and enables product recommendations, ensuring online shoppers receive personalized suggestions that drive more sales for our merchants.

We prioritize a seamless and reliable user experience, and to that end, our activities are focused on proactive monitoring, enhanced security, and complete platform visibility. We use the full suite of Grafana Labs to optimize relevant areas.
CloudCart scalability
At CloudCart, our infrastructure is designed with future scalability in mind, ensuring that we can adapt and grow with the pace of increasing demands. To enable even tenfold growth, we chose to harness Kubernetes Clusters and MongoDB Instances & Cloud SQL - two technologies known for their scalability.

This is one of those technology "leaps" forward that our team is working on right now. There are two main areas of development - Headless Commerce with VueStorefront and Public APIs with Headless Commerce Storefront.
Through these technologies, we will ensure that our global user base gets reliable and fast access to our platform, even when traffic increases significantly. We are also enabling developers and dev studios to create custom integrations for our merchants, apps, and new features using CloudCart's robust back-end.
The goal is to offer our users more options and flexibility without compromising the integrity of our platform and its security.
What is Headless Commerce?
The architecture of headless commerce separates the back-end and front ends, and this allows for the creation of enhanced online platforms. This technology in the eCommerce field allows flexibility by allowing merchants to manage content in their stores without having to make changes to the back-end.
The separation between back-end and front-end provides flexibility in the architecture, allowing solutions to be created according to the client's specific needs.
